Your BAKFlip G2 comes with a 3-Year Limited Warranty protecting against structural defects in materials and workmanship. You'll need your original proof of purchase to qualify for warranty service, and coverage stays with the original buyer (it can't be transferred). BAK decides whether a claim is repaired or replaced. Damage from accidents, misuse, improper installation, modifications, or normal wear falls outside the warranty, and shipping fees for warranty service are the customer's responsibility.

We currently ship to customers within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

30-Day Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials. Restocking Fee: $0 — we do not charge restocking fees. However it is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping the product back in the result of an exchange or return for an item that is undamaged.

How to Start a Return

2. Repack the Item: Securely pack the item in the original packaging and include all accessories, tags, and documents.

3. Ship It Back: Follow the instructions in your return authorization email. You may use the carrier or method recommended in that message.

Refunds
