Shipping Coverage:

We currently ship to customers within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 0–2 business days (Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM MST,).
Orders placed after our daily cutoff may begin processing the next business day.

Please be advised that processing times may vary by brand. Any exceptions are outlined below.

Once your order ships, delivery generally takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

Total estimated delivery time: 1–7 business days from the date your order is placed.

Brand Specific Shipping Times:

Fas-Top Products: Orders ship within 14–20 business days. Transit time is 1–7 business days. Estimated total delivery time: 15–27 business days.

Carriers

We work with trusted national carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Carrier selection may vary based on package size, destination, and availability. Your items are shipped from our warehouse through reputable carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Returns & Refunds

At Truck Bed Barn, your satisfaction comes first. If something isn't right with your order, we make returns simple and stress-free.

30-Day Returns:

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. To qualify, items need to be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition you received them, and packed back up with their original box, hardware, and any included accessories. Our truck experts are happy to walk you through each step. We never charge a restocking fee on any return.

Return Shipping Costs:

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: No cost to you. This covers anything that arrives damaged by the carrier, defective, or different from what you ordered. We will provide a prepaid return label.
Change of mind or wrong item ordered: You are responsible for the actual return shipping cost. This applies when an item does not fit, you ordered the wrong one, or you simply no longer want it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return:

Reach out: Email help@truckbedbarn.com with your order number and a quick note about why you are returning the item.
Repack it: Put the item back in its original packaging along with all hardware, accessories, and paperwork.
Ship it back: Follow the instructions in your return authorization email. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items we will include a prepaid label. For change-of-mind or wrong-item returns, you will arrange and cover the return shipping.

How Refunds Work:

Once your return reaches us, we inspect it to confirm it meets the conditions above. After it is approved, we issue your refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the credit usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.

Items We Can't Accept Back:

A small number of products are non-returnable, including custom or special-order covers. Any item like this is clearly marked as non-returnable right on its product page.
