At Truck Bed Barn, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. We offer a clear and easy return process.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials. Our support team will guide you through the steps, Just email help@truckbedbarn.com with your order number.
Restocking Fee: $0 — we do not charge restocking fees. However it is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping the product back in the result of an exchange or return for an item that is undamaged.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: No cost to you (this includes items that arrive damaged by the carrier, defective, or not what you ordered).
Change of mind / wrong item ordered: You are responsible for the actual return shipping cost (for example: it didn’t fit, you ordered the wrong item, or you no longer want it). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Contact Us: Email help@truckbedbarn.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Repack the Item: Securely pack the item in the original packaging and include all accessories, tags, and documents.
Ship It Back: Follow the instructions in your return authorization email. You may use the carrier or method recommended in that message.
Inspection: Once your return is delivered to us, we’ll inspect it to confirm it meets the return requirements.
Processing Time: If approved, we’ll issue your refund. Please allow Up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method (timing can vary by bank/payment provider).
If you want to swap for a different size, color, or product, email help@truckbedbarn.com and we’ll help you arrange a quick exchange.
For custom made orders, products will not be eligible for return. Any non-returnable custom items will be clearly marked on the product page.
