Step 2: If It Doesn't Fit, We Fix It
When fitment has been confirmed by our team and the product still doesn't match your truck, we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice. Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos or a short video so we can see what's going on.
Step 3: What's Covered
Our Fitment Promise covers situations like defects from the manufacturer, damage that happened during shipping, errors in our catalog or system that led to the wrong product being sent, and confirmed mismatches between the product and your verified vehicle specs.
It does not cover issues caused by improper installation, aftermarket modifications to the product, or problems unrelated to fitment.
