Your BAKFlip MX4 comes with a 5-Year Limited Warranty protecting against structural defects in materials and workmanship. To qualify, you'll need your original proof of purchase, and coverage stays with the original buyer (it can't be transferred). BAK decides whether a claim is repaired or replaced. Normal wear, accidents, misuse, improper installation, and modifications fall outside the warranty. Shipping fees for warranty service are the customer's responsibility.

At Truck Bed Barn, your satisfaction comes first. If something isn't right with your order, we make returns simple and stress-free.
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. To qualify, items need to be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition you received them, and packed back up with their original box, hardware, and any included accessories. Our truck experts are happy to walk you through each step. We never charge a restocking fee on any return.
Once your return reaches us, we inspect it to confirm it meets the conditions above. After it is approved, we issue your refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the credit usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.
