At Truck Bed Barn, your satisfaction comes first. If something isn't right with your order, we make returns simple and stress-free.

30-Day Returns:

 You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. To qualify, items need to be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition you received them, and packed back up with their original box, hardware, and any included accessories. Our truck experts are happy to walk you through each step. We never charge a restocking fee on any return.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: No cost to you. This covers anything that arrives damaged by the carrier, defective, or different from what you ordered. We will provide a prepaid return label.
• Change of mind or wrong item ordered: You are responsible for the actual return shipping cost. This applies when an item does not fit, you ordered the wrong one, or you simply no longer want it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return:

1. Reach out: Email help@truckbedbarn.com with your order number and a quick note about why you are returning the item.
2. Repack it: Put the item back in its original packaging along with all hardware, accessories, and paperwork.
3. Ship it back: Follow the instructions in your return authorization email. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items we will include a prepaid label. For change-of-mind or wrong-item returns, you will arrange and cover the return shipping.

How Refunds Work:

 Once your return reaches us, we inspect it to confirm it meets the conditions above. After it is approved, we issue your refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the credit usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.

Items We Can't Accept Back:

 A small number of products are non-returnable, including custom or special-order covers. Any item like this is clearly marked as non-returnable right on its product page.
